We met at the last entrance to Golden Valley High School; at the end of Robert C Lee Pkwy. in the cul-de-sac.

Round 1

- Hill sprint (approx 40 yards)

- 10 Burpees

- Jog to utility tower (approx 1/3 mile)

- 1 min mountain climbers

- jog back to top of hill (approx 1/3 mile)

- 20 push ups 

- jog down to bottom of hill

Round 2

- Hill sprint

- 10 Burpees

- Jog to utility tower

- 30 jump squats

- jog back to top of hill 

- 20 push ups 

- jog down to bottom of hill

Round 3

- Hill sprint

- 10 Burpees

- Jog to utility tower

- 50 sit ups

- jog back to top of hill 

- 20 push ups 

- jog down to bottom of hill

Round 4

- Hill sprint

- 10 Burpees

- Jog to utility tower

- 1 min plank

- jog back to top of hill 

- 1 minute plank

- jog down to bottom of hill

Round 5

- Hill sprint

- 10 Burpees

- Jog to utility tower

- 1 minute flutter kicks

- jog back to top of hill 

- 20 push ups 

- jog down to bottom of hill
